At Adidas, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a full or partial refund, as applicable. Please review our complete return policy below.
Important Notes
Sale & Discounted Items: These are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Restocking Fee: If your refund request is approved, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to the product price, except when the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
Returns
Our 30-Day Return Policy allows you to return items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, the item must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
General Return Guidelines:
Eligibility: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required to process your return.
Valid Return Reasons:
Defective or Damaged Items: If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days for assistance.
Incorrect Item Received: If you received an incorrect item, notify us within 30 days for a return and replacement.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid return label. We typically respond within 24 hours.
Once you have your RMA and label:
Secure the item in its original packaging.
Attach the return label to the package.
Drop off the package at the designated shipping location.
Note: Returns without prior approval and a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 10-12 business days for processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If the refund cannot be processed to the original payment method, we will issue it via bank transfer.
Note: Refunds are not issued through platforms like CashApp, Venmo, Payoneer, or similar.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Exceptions
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our support team immediately. We’ll resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
Incorrect Addresses: We ship orders to the address provided at checkout. If you enter an incorrect address and the order is delivered to that address, we are not responsible for replacements or refunds.
Sale Items
Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or canceled after the order is placed.
